The new generation of dry screeds for residential and office buildings

The cf PRO 12 fiber cement board is a conductive layer for underfloor heating in dry construction. The flat panels are laid floating, are suitable for almost any type of flooring and enable a highly responsive underfloor heating system. Low installation height, low inertia, hoigh heat output and suitability for any flooring – these are the benefits of an underfloor heating with cf PRO 12.

  • Dry installation – simple laying, glued profiled fold connection
  • Thin and robust – only 12 mm installation height with 3.0 kN load capacity
  • Flexibility in flooring – any flooring, also tiles up to 60 x 60 cm or 100 x 100 cm with additional glass fabrics
